AI Image Animation provides AI-powered image animation services using advanced VEO3 technology. Our platform allows users to:
- Transform static images into animated videos
- Generate animations from text descriptions
- Access various AI models with different quality levels
- Manage content through user dashboards
- Purchase credits and manage subscriptions
User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
- One account per person or entity
Prohibited Activities
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Attempting to bypass payment systems or credit limits
- Using automated systems to access the service
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
Content Policy and Restrictions

Payment Terms and Credits
Credit System
- Credits are consumed upon generation request
- Fast model: 15 credits per generation
- Standard model: 20 credits per generation
- Professional model: 30 credits per generation
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Subscriptions
- Monthly recurring billing on subscription date
- Credits allocated immediately upon payment
- Unused credits reset monthly
- Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
- No partial refunds for unused time/credits
Important Payment Policies
- Failed Generations: Credits are deducted regardless of generation success or content rejection
- Refund Policy: Technical failures on our end may be eligible for credit refunds at our discretion
- Billing Issues: Contact support within 7 days of billing for dispute resolution
- Price Changes: 30-day advance notice will be provided for subscription price changes
Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content Rights
You retain ownership of the original content you provide (images, text prompts). By using our service, you grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of providing AI animation services.
Generated Content
You own the rights to videos generated from your content, subject to the rights of any third-party materials included in your original content. Generated content is provided "as-is" without warranties regarding originality or infringement.
Our Platform Rights
The AI Image Animation platform, including software, algorithms, user interface, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

- Loss of data, credits, or generated content
- Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability to you for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
